Order Processing

We roast and pack in small batches, with care at every step. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–3 business days after purchase confirmation. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll reach out and keep you informed.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order leaves our facility. Expedited options may be available at checkout.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping, though costs can vary significantly by destination. If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., you may want to consider consolidating orders with friends or partnering with a local café to place a larger shipment. This can help reduce shipping costs while keeping things efficient.


Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping speed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it along the way.
